Change Your Destiny – Refuse to be Obese
Over 70% of people have the obesity gene and can become obese easier than others. However, regular exercise can reduce this risk, especially in the elderly. A study conducted on 8,206 elderly women with the obesity gene who do not have diabetes show that when these women exercise more than 150 minutes each week (such as walking, dancing, tennis, and swimming), they can significantly reduce their body mass index compared to women who do not exercise.
